At FSAProshop, we are committed to your peak performance; if your sports gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
